Meet and Greet Rules
For VIP Ticket Holders

Greetings from All Access,

We would like to thank you for purchasing VIP tickets to the Star Magic World Concert Tour on June 27, 2009 at the Citizens Business Bank Arena. As part of your VIP privileges, we have setup a very exclusive Meet and Greet event for you. See your favorite stars up close and get photos taken with them to commemorate this extraordinary event.

We want this to be an enjoyable experience for you and your group so we have set up some guidelines for your convenience and safety.

- All VIP ticket holders must register to be eligible for Meet and Greet.

- One representative from a group can register for rest of the group.

- Information to be submitted:

o Name

o Phone Number (Cell phone number preferred)

o Email address

o Ticket info (Sec, Row, Seat no)

o Number of people in group (Must be VIP ticket holders)

- Please make sure you have on your subject: Meet and Greet

- Please arrive before scheduled time, late arrivals are not guaranteed entrance.

- Lines will start at the Southwest entrance of the arena.

- Meet and Greet will include picture taking with the stars

- NO AUTOGRAPH SIGNING (No exceptions)

- M&G patrons will be grouped into 4 or more, Groups with less than four will be joined with another group.

- M&G patrons will be allowed a maximum of two cameras per group.

- Picture takers will be available to take photos of groups.

- All meet and greet customers must bring their ID and registered ticket on day of meet and greet.

- Only registered VIP ticket holders will be allowed to participate, there will be no registration on day of Meet and Greet. Meet and Greet Privileges are

NON-Transferable.

Note: Meet and Greet is defined as the privilege given to our VIP ticket holders to see the artists up close and have a picture taken with them. All Access reserves the right to revoke this privilege under the circumstances that the security of the artists is threatened in any way or if any M&G patron fails to follow the guidelines set forth.
